Individual Therapy
I'm very optimistic therapy will help you. That's because I'll be using proven strategies supported by research, and we will work together to set measurable goals. Our work together begins with a collaborative assessment, clinical diagnosis, and a personalized treatment plan grounded in evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Most importantly, we'll develop a relationship rooted in trust and mutual respect where you'll feel important, accepted, and cared for as a unique individual. The last thing you need is to feel treated like you're just another case, or worse, a diagnosis.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
When talk therapy and standard medications prove ineffective, psychedelic-assisted therapy may be considered. We begin with a thorough assessment, in-depth consideration of the risks and benefits of psychedelics, and referrals to expert prescribers when appropriate. For optimal results with minimal side effects, careful preparation before the dose, proper setting during the dose, and thoughtful integration after the dose are all strongly recommended. It isn't about getting high; it's about how experiencing non-ordinary states of consciousness can help your brain reorganize old patterns of thinking that are no longer serving you and replace them with newer healthier patterns more in line the best version of you..
I offer clinical supervision for associate clinicians working toward licensure as LMFTs, LPCCs, and LCSWs. My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and rooted in cultural humility. Together, we’ll explore case conceptualization, ethical dilemmas, transference and countertransference, and the practicalities of building a sustainable, authentic practice. I'll create a supportive environment where you hone clinical skills, develop your professional identity, and identify the clinical niche communities you are drawn to serve. In addition, we will participate in professional networking events, develop exam-taking skills, and attend select trainings together.

Therapy for Teens
Mental Health Assessments
Online, at Home, or at School
Sorry to say, but it sucks being a teen in the 2020s. You’re figuring out who you are, dealing with school, family stuff, friendships, relationships, maybe even ADHD, anxiety or depression—and doing it all while people expect you to focus on academics while the world is basically falling apart. I've been there. In fact, I became the kind of therapist I needed (but never got) when I was your age. My commitment to you is to listen without judgment, help you make sense of what's going on, and totally hold space for you without pushing any of my personal values onto you. What good is to have someone to talk to if you can't be real? Unfortunately, there's no time to waste, because your generation is getting stuck with the mess my generation is leaving behind.
Getting a mental health assessment can be a crucial step toward reclaiming your life and reaching your goals. Many people struggle silently with focus, motivation, emotional ups and downs, or just feeling “off,” without realizing these could be symptoms of a treatable condition. A professional assessment doesn’t just clarify symptoms—it can help you unlock certain accommodations at school or work, connect to care, or reduce the barriers that hold you back. From a recovery perspective, having your mental health needs recognized and validated is empowering. It’s not about being labeled—it’s about being seen, supported, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
I provide I offer therapy sessions in a variety of settings—virtually, in your home, or at school—depending on what works best for you or your family. This flexibility can make a big difference, especially for clients with busy schedules, transportation challenges, or those who feel more comfortable in familiar environments. Meeting at home or school can also give me a better understanding of your daily life and help us create more personalized, realistic strategies for growth. Whether we connect through a secure video session or meet in person where you feel safe and supported, the goal is the same: to make therapy as accessible, effective, and empowering as possible.
